Straight answers

Before you
hand it over.

Can you recover data from a device that will not turn on?+

Often, yes. The failure may be in power, a port, storage, or the logic board. Stop repeated power attempts if the data is important, especially after liquid or impact damage.

Should I initialize, format or run CHKDSK on the drive?+

Not when the data matters. Those actions can change the file system or write to the drive. Use the guided check first and describe exactly what the computer is asking you to do.

Can you help with BitLocker or an encrypted drive?+

We can diagnose the drive and recovery path, but encryption still requires a valid recovery key or credentials. We do not bypass lawful security protections.

Do you repair the device too?+

Yes. Repair is offered when it supports safe recovery or gets the Apple, Windows, phone, or storage device working reliably again.

Is my appointment automatically confirmed?+

No. Your request is pending until we review the symptoms and contact you to confirm the time or suggest another option.

Ready when the data matters

Start with the symptom.
Not the guess.

Use the guided check or call us. If the device is clicking, wet, hot, smoking, or repeatedly losing power, turn it off and disconnect it when safe.
